Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free with standard shipping; no minimum required.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.
How long will it take to get my package?
Most orders arrive within 9–21 business days, including processing and transit time.
Where does Aeri Apparel ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Aeri Apparel accepts major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. You can also shop quickly and safely using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All payments are processed securely at checkout. We do not accept cash, checks, or bank transfers.
Where is Aeri Apparel based?
Aeri Apparel is a small online clothing store based in Los Angeles, CA. We make it our mission to produce premium and comfortable clothing anyone can wear on a day to day basis.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track it on our Order Tracking page.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

What is my return window?

How long until I see my refund after sending something back?
After we receive your product and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed. It can take up to 7 days for your refund to appear.
